Shipment
Orders are shipped within the next working day of receiving the order. Shipping is always free for orders over €50, for other orders the standard rate of €10 will apply
Return of goods
All requests for exchange or return must be communicated within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns are always free.
How to make a return
To make a return, please send an email to our customer service specifying the order number and the reason for the return in the subject line, our staff will personally take care of the return.
